Strong metrics and clear growth potential can justify a higher multiple; weaker performance may lead to a lower valuation.
What if I change my mind
during the selling process?
You can cancel the process, but it’s important to understand the implications. We formalize each sale with an agency agreement that lays out the steps for unwinding a deal if either party decides to withdraw. Backing out late in the process can harm both your reputation and ours, which makes it difficult to find buyers for your project in the future.
